Demonbuddy crashes on second computer when trying to log in

I today tried to get a second instance of demonbuddy running on my second computer with a second diablo 3 account and so forth. My first computer runs demonbuddy just fine. Second computer however does not. Demonbuddy crashes when trying to log in. Log file simply says the following two lines (which is why it is not attached).

[00:13:29.984 N] Demonbuddy v1.0.1161.283 started
[00:13:33.078 N] Logging in...


[23:59:18.109 N] Demonbuddy v1.0.1117.282 started
[23:59:19.031 N] Logging in...

I have tried both builds obviously and when it tries to log in it gives standard windows error (xxx is encoutered a problem and had to be closed)

I have tried using help wizard that verifys c++ install and net framwork. I have also tried uninstalling both and reinstalling them using the wizard. Neither of these things works.

For some reason everytime I run the wizard it wants to install the 2010 C++ thing.

This is where I am at and would like some help.

Same thing after installing what you asked and updating and then running the wizard it still crashes when trying to log in.
 
when running the wizard are you right clicking it and then clicking "Run as administrator"? if you dont do that it will look like its doing stuff but wont. after the wizard does its thing you need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

well since he is on XP, such an option does not exist
