已經做過的處理：
1.重新安裝Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1
2.重新安裝microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86
3.重新安裝microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86
4.重新安裝microsoft visual c++ 2013 x86
5.DB整個重新下載，插件重新下載
6.確認D3版本為最新

我也是，无法响应。换版本就Max Sessions Authentication failed。
