Demon Hunter's Fan of Knives

I have used Demonbuuddy for one and a half times years.

It's my first time to asking question in the forum.

All in all, i want to using demon hunter's Fan Of Knives -Pinpoint Accuracy in the power spike(Convention of Elements).

The function that is only using in Convention of Elements has been enabled, but it is ineffective.

It effects my robot's behavior seriously.

Demonbuddy version：1.1.2923.453

Trinity：2.14.31
