I have done a fresh install and using the newest trinity 1.8.13 and I notice that my demon hunter never uses the skill cluster arrow.
I am running this build currently:
evasive fire - covering fire
cluster arrow - loaded for bear
vengeance - seethe
Smoke screen - healing vapors
companion - wolf
prepration - backup plan
My demon hunter uses every skill but cluster arrow and not sure why, or how to log the behavior. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to debug and figure out the solution.
