Demon Hunter not kiting and standing on AOE effects

My dh stands in several types of aoe and will get in melee range frequently despite my kite trigger range being at 30 and my avoidance settings all checked.

It's most noticeable while fighting Ember and anything with an orbit affix.

Using the latest DB and Trinity.

Sader works great, Monk works great, DH needs to be run max GR 55/60 or blows up every few seconds.
