Demon Hunter not attacking with primary sometimes

Right now i am currently running R-r-r-ifts profile with the most updated trinity and Questtools. It runs fine most of the time, but every once in a while my bot would just stand still and not attack with its primary attack (in my case its Entangling Shot). It would instead stand still and wait for my hated to build then use other skills such as turrets. is there anyway to make it attack all the time constantly with Entanglish shot / primary skills?
