Demon Hunter GPH Help

I have a level 60 DH on my main account with my level 60 barb. I am experimenting on my main account before I expand. I was wondering how to start gearing my Demon Hunter for GPH farming, and what types of stats i need and so on. Also, I know that you may be able to get banned a lot quicker, but how many out there are currently doing it with no problems?

why do you farm hell with only 300 gph?

What items do you get? dex/gf only? How long have you been botting for gph for?
