Demon Hunter - Combat routin not working?

So i just bought this bot, and started up to lvl my character.

So i run this Belphegor all in one class.
When i run the bot he only use abilities that cost something, not hungering etc that generates hatred, so when i dont have any hatred/Dicipline left he just stands there and wait.

Anyone know whats wrong? and how to fix?
Is it something to do with my skill setup?

TO be more specific. Is there anyone that have a good skill setup for DH?

Try a build WITHOUT rapid fire as hatred spender, I switched to Impale and now it works correctly

There's an issue with Rapid Fire please choose ? different skill
