Demon Hunter Combat profile problem / issue

So running simple Fire Multi Shot in T6 Rifts, My left click is MS and right click I use chakram with the Sines of Seething Hatred Quiver. Since I can never cast more than 3 sentries before an elite dies I feel rucksack is useless here.

Here's the problem. DB does NOT want to use MS until out of Hatred. I even moved chakram to the other skill buttons and vault to right click and it still does it.

Then I removed chakram altogether and even though I was FULL of Hatred it was firing normal white arrows even though there was no skill for this. So killing gets slow and unusable and I have to revert to chakram so it at least kills something.

I just thought about trying to use two hatred users and its more successful and fires CA 50% of the time, but that is NOT hatred friendly.

WHAT CAN I DO to force DB to use MS unless it is out of Hatred? I tried to also use any of the hatred generators from Bolas, Entangling Shot or evasive fire and it still wants to use that skill 75% of the time instead of MS.

I am unsure if this problem has been around a long time or not, but after running it unsupervised for well over a year and now Ive been banned I am watching more closely and noticing things.

No Love? Do you need a Log? My friend says there are KNOWN issues with the combat.cs and then leaves on a business trip....

So, IF there are KNOWN issues why aren't people replying with a fix. Crap dies so fast, so I just chose to use Elem Arrow at a 10 hatred cost and it works ok, but its not the best fix.
