demon buddy not working.....little help please

This all started around the November update. Got the update no problems. went to run it, goes into this program not responding then closes.....Open it back up and all i get is max sessions.
Have uninstalled the program and re-installed with the latest from the install page. not bot for almost 2 months.....I'm dying here.Any ideas?

login to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and kill the session.
