Delay between casting

Well I have been asking around, different people say different things.....

Why is there a big delay in between casting(frostbolt for example) there is about a 2 second delay in between each one.

I'm using project e, also the default one does the same thing.

No, I'm pretty sure its not my machine...

yea, ive already made tons of posts about it, ive responded to you many times before on this issue, along with alot of other people as well, there's no "FIX" for it, just try running it on a different machine, thats all there is too it. or you can deal with it, theres nothing I can do about it.

jr1994 , dude i thought the same thing, until i tested it on 4 diffrent machines, every machine runs diffrently higher spec = no delay, lower spec theres a 2 second delay but i put up with it because its out of CodenameG's hands.
just suck it up man and deal with it
