define rectangle in meters or radius

Some places like central park and the coast of California are better defined by rectangle rather then radius. Be nice to be able to choose either a rectangular zone or radius in meters, especially when monitoring up and down coastal waters that you want the bot to stick along.

I have already submitted a simular request to Hatching, it is currently under review by the dev team, and when we know more we will make an official post. Thanks for the suggestion though
