DefaultRoutine values

I've been making some changes in my DefaultRoutine but now I'd like to roll back to default values. I have no idea how to do that, I've searched but haven't found a way to do it or find a downloadable defaultroutine. Could someone be kind and post the default values?

But how do I activate my key again if I dont have the email anymore? Cant find the mail.
