Hey guys,
I don't know much about CC's though I tried to get into it a little. Anyway, for whatever reason, the default priest CC, (not sure if it's new or not, cuz I never use it on my main priest), will bubble constantly whenever it's off cooldown. (PW: Shield). Not sure what's with that.
By constantly, I mean, anywhere, everywhere, at all times, no matter where it is or what it's doing. As long as PW:Shield is off cooldown, it has it on. Seems silly, and botty.
Anyone else notice this?
