Default Buddy Store leveling profile?

Cant login to buddy auth but can buddy profile.

Im having an issue, a few of my mates have a default profile available to them in the "from buddystore" profile in questing.

Edit: I just found this download Buddy Store
but cant login to DL it? It says its same login and password as forums but its not.
Any help would be great

no, to log into the store, you need to use your Buddyauth login, NOT your forum login. also the buddyauth login should have your key listed when you log into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

Is this something that is mandatory when i signed up with honnor buddy? can't seem to remember which email i used if it was. :/
