DeepDive - POTD botbase

Good News Everyone!

I have (Finally) been able to open source DeepDive for your pleasure!

https://github.com/zzi-zzi-zzi/DeepDive

It goes into your BOTBASES folder.

DO NOT USE SVN TO CHECK OUT THIS REPOSITORY. It will kill a kitten.

This version will let you run any floor(s) you want. But I'll only help if you are having trouble in floors 1-10.

I currently Plan on updating this for the DeepDungeon coming in 4.3(?) as well.


(This botbase currently requires RB Beta Masthag has to merge some changes into release)

You either download the zip archive from Github manually (green "Clone or Download" button, will require you to manually download each new version) or use Git to clone the repository.
 
JUst started playing again after over 2 years gone. Can't wait to give it a go once I unlock it on a new character =D

Can't get it to show up in the bot. It's in Bot bases as "DeepDive-master" just as extracted from the zip. Is this not correct?

It's having compiling issues it looks like.

Changed it to "DeepDive" and still can't load it.

re downloaded and reinstalled this and the bot. Still no luck. I'm really looking forward to something that can grind out PotD please let me know what I can do to fix it!

As stated in zzi's post, you will need to use RebornBuddy Beta for DeepDive 3 to work.

Total mind fart today when it comes to reading, but looks like it's in the latest update! Ty for the help :p

Is there a way to make it run in a random party? I baby sit it as it needs to be (it will bug out if someone opens a chest before you do, even with the settings for chests turned off.)

:( Unfortunately often just gets stuck doing nothing but fixes itself as soon as you move the character a little. This typically happens as soon as it gets to the next floor (i.e. going from floor 5 to 6 or 9 to 10)

And you probably know of the problems with sidestep. Just spazzes out.

Everything with the previous version was good, but as soon as I downloaded the update to the new rebornbuddy even the old one broke.

Also can't queue as a party (at least cross realm)

Lookin at fixing Cross Realm.

Some small bugfixes went out today.
 
With the latest version of RB, DeepDive can still que and go into POTD, but will not navigate to any rooms or proceed through the dungeon unless I manually move it. I've attached a log so you can see what's going on.

Pushed some changes today that should fix a lot of navigation & combat issues. should be included auto magically in the next build.
 
heyo, so i love the botbase and have it working solo no problem. i'm trying to 2 box and it kinda works but both chars just kinda do their own thing. is there any way to get like the second character to follow the party lead and support them? like so they would share targets, heal each other, remove debuffs etc.

tried several cr's doesn't seem to work for them. also tried using kombatant to follow the lead and it kinda works but it won't follow close enough to go to the next floor so i have to be constantly moving

No work has been done for follower logic.

Improvments have been made to combat & movement, but will not be out until the next RB update. (You can download the update manually from the github link above)
 
Hey zzi, even after updating (manually) it still has issues with mobs right behind the corners. Instead of walking around it keeps walking into the wall trying to reach the mob.
Happened to me several times (not sure if affected but played as bard)

what combat routine?
 
Crawler is not intended for use in POTD. You need to select DeepDive from the BotBase drop down.
