Debuff to dispell and to NOT dispell

Hi!
Working on dispell routine, i do need to know the name of debuff that are mandatory to dispell ASAP and that are mandatory to NOT dispel ever, both for PVP and PVE, so i'm starting this thread with your help i hope
Let's start

TO DISPELL PVE
Static Cling (last boss VP hero)
Flame Shock (Lynx boss ZG)
Static Discharge (first boss ZG)

TO NOT DISPELL PVE
Blackout
Toxic Torment
Frostburn Formula
Burning Blood

TO DISPELL PVP
Fear
Polymorph
Freezing Trap
Wyvern Sting
Seduction
Mind Control
Repentance
Hex
Psychic Scream
Hammer of Justice
Intimidating Shout
Howl of Terror

TO NOT DISPELL PVP
Unstable Affliction

Help me fill in all the other pls

You're doing it wrong.

You need the IDs of these spells, because a lot of them use the same name.

true but i need the name or at least the boss to go to wowhead and check the spell id

or you can just do searches based on spell effects, and then try and dispel it, if the dispel fails, then blacklist it.

This would be exteremly useful if it can integrate with some of the healing CC's, like Sm0k3d's Endgame Healing CC

@codenameg: i know it exist Me.Stunned Me.Rooted Me.Snared, but i cannot find anything for Me.Feared or Me.Poluymorphed for example.

WoWSpell.Mechanic == WoWSpellMechanic.Asleep
WoWSpellMechanic has all sorts of Sleeps, Feared and stuff in there.
