If you're talking about a questing profile....
HB is not capable of doing such quests.

Just do it manually..takes 1-1.5 hours

i dont think u can make a profile for the dk 55-58 experience cause most of the questline is phased out,think its been mentioned a lot that the starting has to be done by hand

If you want HB to do the quests because of the talents, there is no need, if i remember correctly, for every level you are awarded more than 1 talent point (not sure how many).
