Most of the profiles are jacked. Look in your log file and see if there are a bunch of errors. They likely need to run back through them all, but they are currently working on new Legion stuff at the same time. It'll all get done eventually. What you can do is post a complete and full log to the support area showing why it is not working and explain exactly what you are and what level you are, etc. They are more inclined to make a ticket for it to be fixed if you do that.
