Dear Buddy forum can u plz help me out got some issues

I just brought a key, my plan was to level up from 100 to 110, but here is the first problem im running into.
first of all i cannot login to https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=124

my login failed, so i headed to >

from this point i cannot make a new account since it says i already have an account registered on my email. im stucked now? what can i do now?

what can i basicly do in order to make this working can someone help me plz
 
The request new password option is there for you. Just click login and it's on the bottom of the login page of the buddyauth.com section

As for part two of your request you cut out all details of the error in your screen shot... Perhaps Tony know s enough on that error to give you a response


Additionally, US just got patched today so the Dev s are hard at work updating HB. You can track the updates at https://www.thebuddyforum.com/threads/honorbuddy-update-status-patch-7-3-2-build-25326.409364/

Tony i didnt even get to spent 1 day of the product i brought, can i have what i payed for or atleast a refund?
