Deamon buddy problems

i just bought a new key, and its saying authentication failed, and i cant get the deamon buddy program to keep running. it just has an error and shuts down.

any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this ongoing issue?

I got it to work long enough to update it. but that's it. now its just having issue after issue.

It will work for the first time, then it stops working and shuts down, and then it wont let me, just says maxed sessions authentication failed.

there isnt a log. i cant open deamon buddy. i open it, it closings, then the next time i open it i get authentication failed.

why do i need to attach a log, you can clearly see that there isnt a log. the program dose not work for some reason. it only crashes when it starts up.
