DE and extra Action Issues

Ok this may be a bit hard to explain but I will try.
When I use an extraaction button for about everything in the game my mouse will chage to that but it reverts after about a sec. example in the Garrison when you click on the Essence Font in the Enchaning building to DE something you mouse will change to blue so that you can select what you want to DE. Well if HB is running and even if paused the revert in 12 sec.

I am using Enyo and TuanHA. Is this a setting or a bug you can fix?

I would have attached my logs if there was anything in them. there is no logged information other than the it starting and stoping. I looked.
