.db3 file setup - GPS plugin is greyed out

anyone have a good tutorial on how to setup a good GPSPath.
I cant manually create one because my GPS plugin is greyed out for some reason.

Hi, you must be in-game and have GPS Editor open. (Gps Editor can be found in AB folder)
