DB works only main account

Good evening to all!
I have a problem on db! db works perfectly on my main account but on the second account does not work at all:
plugins: atom / gilestrinity / unstuckme ..
latest: 295
both accounts are barbarians at level 60 with the same skills ..
knows someone explain to me why?
