DB won't start - Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync

I load the bot, select my profile and when I click start, it freezes after 20 seconds and gives me the error in the log attached. Keeps doing so until I close it. Not sure what is causing this, I ran the bot all night last night and stopped it this morning. Came back to the game after a few hours and wanted to let it run again and this is when it all started.

Tried a clean uninstall and fresh reinstall, no luck.

Edit: The only thing I did different after stopping the bot when I woke up was, I deleted my D3prefs.txt file in order to fix my FPS drops. I had youtubed a video and it had suggested to do this. Could this have caused my DB issues?
