DB will not work at all?

I have been using db for long time now and on all 3 of my laptops! I now have a desktop, i even started it over wiped all like fresh out of box downloaded all updates from microsoft and db , new folders u name it even new diablo 3! im lost please help

i am still getting same thing i start it and then it pops up closing cause of whatever, and then says find solution online ir whatnot?

Also this is new cpu so where cani find my DB key to input?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
