DB update bug? can't find Trinity folder

I just updated demon buddy and plugins but for some reason it can't find trinity now.
Tried replacing the folder with a new one but still same problem.
I had this problem before but don't remember how i fixed it.
Anyone knows what i'm doing wrong or forgot?

Remove the whole Trinity folder. Make sure that Demonbuddy is turned off while you do that, then download the latest release from here https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonbuddy-forum/plugins/trinity/235881-trinity-2-14-39-a.html and extract it in the /Plugins/ folder.

hmm strange seems like i left my bot open the first time when i did this. but it worked, thnx for the quick reply!
