DB Update broke GilesTrinity?

Just updated DB and now none of my plugins are showing, the log is spouting compiler errors, and my profiles won't load.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Haha, I'm patient enough. Just wasn't sure if this was a community-wide issue or if I messed something up.
