DB Stutter/Lag issue

Has anyone been receive stutter/lag issue ingame its not fps lag either its like he pauses and go but everything freeze like a pause in the game as if you were hitting the escape button. This just recently started to happen even a little before patch 1.0.8.. Im currently using Yet another relogger 0.1.9.2 beta along with db beta 306. Is anyone receiving this issue too?
