DB stops working

DB stops working and crash after few minutes of Ghom (act 3) runs.

I have the exact same problem. It doesn't crash instantly but after 2-4 minutes. It says: "DB stopped working". Looks like a typical Windows error. I'm running Windows 8.1 though.
