flush dns, remove all visual c ++, net.4.5.X and windows7 reinstallation.

use buddywizard run admin. reinstall visual c ++ and net.4.5.1

use latest release 387. beta 502. qtools, trinity (ezupdater)

But it does not resolve the problem.
