Db sometimes restarts a game and sets Difficulty to normal on Rifts profile.

Not sure if the problem caused or related to Adventure profiles but I will try to find a question here .
As stated in title DB restarts after some time (30 mins or even more) while farming normal rifts on TX difficulty and creates a game on Normal difficulty. Not sure what causes DB to restart a game at first and why it sets to only normal mode ( maybe I missed an option where difficulty can be set ? ) . Thus never happened if I farm Grifts, Db never starts a game. Thank for the answers in advance
