DB shuts down

Before i deleted my old HDD and installed windows on my new SSD i could use the normal DB build but since then i could only use the DB beta. DB always terminates itself after Login, its not a crash ? la no responding, its just gone. I searched the forum already for similar problems the only "solution" was to reinstall D3 or reinstall .netframework 4 and c++ 2010. But as i mentioned already DB beta didnt crash, thats why i assume i installed .netframework and c++ 2010 correctly(and i tried to reinstall it several times and use the db install wizzard).
thats what the log says:

Update your bot and if you still have issues add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus

I have the same problem and I did update bot and add excetion on my firewall, and i also dont have any antivirus but the problem still remains
