DB "program has stopped working"

I can't open DB. It was working normally, but now I can't open anymore.

Fresh install, Anti virus off, Data Execution Prevention (DEP) disabled, Win 10.

Does DB work right now?

Hello guys,

Is there still a tripwire event? I came back to D3 and DB after some years of absence, and I cannot make it start. Either DB closes itself, or tells me Max sessions reached (after relaunch).
