DB not work !! What about the keys??

Hello there. I buy a key before 2 days but DM not work as all know here.. So what about the keys?? We take a refund or you extend the time??
I contact but you i never get an answer ..
 
Any update for us?? No answer at Contact no answer here ... why??? We support you and you ignore us??
 
Ok.. So we buy a key .. DB not work and now the key is expired and everything is ok for you ?? I asked a lot of times for an answer .. Refund or Extend? No answer .. then why u tell us to use support site if you dont want to answer to simple problem?? So any moderator here can answer to simple problem?? You are here only to take money for a program that not work??? ANY SUPPORT ??

I dont see why you're being so agressive about this... you should first of all check if the program you're going to "buy/rent" is working properly..
If you'd been reading some on the forums you'd know it wasnt fully working!
Iust buy a lifetime key, it's not expensive and you will find yourself happy that you're smart enought not to buy "10day" keys :)
 
To be fair, DB does work.

There are several posts here on the forum on how to get DB to run (not now obviously, since there was a patch a few hours ago. So just wait) on the latest BETA version, together with ADVENTURER.

I have personally tested this on a few accounts, and it is working.

I tried Nephalem Rift Torment 7 and Greater Rift 30-40, and it worked perfectly. Sure it needed some time to read each map, but it did indeed work, even though it goes slower compared to if I do it myself. But it works.

Browse through the forums, and you'll find it too.

Hell.. I found it within a few minutes of buying DB.

I did not search much on the forums before i figured out how to "work" the new bot.. though it's far from flawless, I still got i working and running all night and when I'm at work!
It's just sad that people lash out and get angry about something they dont have any idea about what's acctually wrong!

I posted that in a nother topic, you get more out of the bot by just buying the lifetime key, if you buy 2x limited time you pay more than lifetime!
So I dont rly see the reason not to get lifetime ^^
 
Exactly, the lifetime pass is so cheap that the timed pass just seems ridiculous. And I really don't think anybody will get a bot to use it only for a month or two.
 
I got my Honorbuddy back in early 2014
and i've just recently gotten DB! i'm satisfied with the small ammount of money i paid!

Both lifetime keys OFC!

I don't agree with your point. DB only works with some people at some locations. For me in Asian and someone in Australia, DB doesn't. My understanding, the Nav Server is too slow for some country. Therefore, our DB is like a bullshit. You can wait a moment for DB working, but I wait 30 min but it doesn't work.
And more, we pay money to buy DB. All we need is support from dev. But up to now, all we received is the silence. There isn't any officially answer from devs. it makes me upset.

i don´t know what people´s problem is? i have lifetime gey´s for Honorbuddy, Deamonbuddy, Exilebuddy and Rebornbuddy. Thats the best you can do. Buy it for 25€ and you´re done and you don´t care about 2-3 day´s down of the bot.
