DB Not Responding after login.

I just fired up DB for the first time in a few months after purchasing a new key and every time I try to log in the client just goes into "Not Responding". I've done google searches etc and tried everything I've seen suggested. Completely fresh manual install, wizard install, run as admin, open with or without Diablo open, ran all windows updates and then tried all the previous on top, tried what is suggested in this thread; https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonbuddy-forum/demonbuddy-support/204285-demonbuddy-wont-load.html in regards to removing .net framework and installing etc, everything still returns the same issues.

At a loss what to do here, here is one of the logs from an attempt at logging in.
