DB not launching

I am currently having a problem, I just installed it on my computer, I used the update in the help folder already and it says i am ready to run DB. I load D3 then double click the icon for DB but it doesn't launch. I control+alt+Del and checked task manager it shows up in processes but not in applications. I'm using XP if that helps any i believe is XP Home but not 100% sure.

DB Is currently down due to the D3 patch that happened today. Wait for DB update.

If patch changed memory alocation for D3 process or info, DB might scan the wrong section and might not be able to start properly. Don't really know if thats the real issue, but might be something like that.

yeah downloaded the update and still have the same problem, but i posted a thread on support...so if anyone reads this and feels they can help. please reply there.

make sure you dont have any firewalls blocking DB
