DB new key request

Hello again,
I'd like to know if it's possible to get my DB key reset... Because I had my mail account hacked and someone keeps trying to use DB.
I keep killing unwanted sessions but it's annoying.
3 sessions 1 year and it's 10 days old.

After sending the mail.
I got a reply with a REFUND.
I've never asked for a refund, just for a DB key change

I never requested a refund.
I will not support the transaction fees.
I want my DB key

It's 100% your company's fault . . . not even 1% my fault . . . this should be fixed imediatly and i shouln't pay more than i already did.

well you can buy again a DB key,its the same thing

Tony. Iknow that but till I get my money back I won't be able to use it.... And second of all who will support the conversion fees.
One conversion will be from euro to our money.
The other one when I'll be paying again for DB converting from our money to euro again.
At least provide me a discount code or something. It's 100% not my fault for getting into this.

-I can't use the bot
-I can't buy a new bot since the banks are closed.
-I'll have to pay for 2 transactions exchanges

Time will fix the 1st two issues but the last one won't be fixed.
It's really not my fault and I can't afford paying more than I already did.

I did that but I'm still waiting for a resolution for your mistake . . . I'm already 3 days without working . . . I have payed for this bot and i got it refunded without asking

im sorry, but it takes time to take care of all the e-mails that need to be done, sorry its taking so long, but the only way to fix resolve it is via e-mail.

You should be ashame about the way you work with your customers specially when
IT'S YOUR FAULT FOR THIS SITUATION.
Since it's your fault this should be your top priority.
Therms of use and license agreement have been broken by you.
SOLVE THE PENIBLE SITUATION THAT I'M IN CAUSE OF YOU ASAP
How hard cna it be to start a program and generate a DB key and mail it to me ? ? ? ? ? ? ? or you guys still don't addmit that it's your fault . . . i've been asking for a DB KEY RESET and i GOT WITH ACCOUNT REFUND and closed

Maybe if you hadn't been so lapsed about making sure your email account was secure then maybe you wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. The support team are trying their best to help you resolve this matter you just need to be patient. And maybe stop blaming people for what was in fact your own doing in the first place.
