DB has stopped working

Hi, got DB 2 days ago and having this issues for 2 days
as soon as I log in DB has stopped working
set up windows 7 on VMware btw it was working few months back, also tried on other virtual machine with windows 8 same pbm
I tried uninstall visual c and when I try buddywizard it stop working...
am I cursed ?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

make sure you are running the wizard as admin
