When I open the DB file, the screen pops up but instantly windows message pops up saying DB has stopped working - a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available (Close Program). I ran the DB wizard and afterwards I still get the same crash. Can someone help thanks.

Also having the same issue as OP, just purchased the trial to see how well the bot works and the program instantly crashes as soon as I launch it. I am running Windows 7 64-bit Enterprise. Please help.

Yup, tried Installation wizard. Works 100% now.
You guys don't offer a 1 month service? I don't think I'd be needing the bot for a year. Although 16euro is quite reasonable.
