DB has been really unstable lately, keep DC'ing

DB keeps DC'ing after about 45mins-1hr running, could this be due to your Nav Server?? I didnt have this problem a couple days ago. It has been problematic lately. Also pressing pause causes DB to stop working completely, even a restart wont start the profile, I have to close and open DB again to make it work.
