DB freezing when I die

DB keeps freezing then wont respond after a short amount of playtime. Is this a bug? Its never happened before.

Pretty much its I enter game, 10 seconds into the run my guy stops doing anything, dies, then sits at the revive screen.

I try clicking on DB and it dose nothing so I end up having to use task manager to close it.
