DB freeze @ Reloading AssemblyLoader<Zeta.CommonBot.ICombat> - RoutineManager.Reload

So as the title says, i start db, it attaches then after i hit start it freezes
Reloading AssemblyLoader<Zeta.CommonBot.ICombat> - RoutineManager.Reload
I get that error,... tried clean reinstall twice

1)
remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.

If the above solution din't fix your problem yet than try the following:

Remove Belphegor and Generic from your demonbuddy/routines
-install [Plugin] Giles Trinity

-NOTE: install giles trinity correctly with his blankroutine

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685 both x86 and x64 version

restart
