DB fails to login

I am running windows 10 64bit pro. when I right click run as admin, DB attempts to log in and then fails, please help. thank you.

what does this message mean (i get that message in DB before windows asks to close the program):

I have tried both beta and release and get the same message.
 
gimme the log file from release build in that case plz
 
the log file shows you are logged in tho,so is it crashing?
 
yea, as soon as I click log in, essentially takes about 5 seconds for the windows prompt to come up that asks to shut down the program.
 
just to get it out of the way now, I have performed the items below several times.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I did look at that earlier and I found that I am running Precision X server (EVGA) but I added the demonbuddy.exe to the program list in Precision X server and still get the same results.

actually Precision X server is not even on the list but, I know that Precision X server caused issues with my Diablo 3, and I knew to add DiabloIII.exe to the program list in Precision X server in order for Diablo III to run without crashing. So I figured I might as well add Demonbuddy.exe as well, other than that I am not running any of the programs on that list.

Nope, still fails. That was one of the first things I checked once this started happening, based on prior experience.
