I have the following programs on my PC.
Nvidia shadowplay and Razer Synapse.

I have uninstalled both and it still continues

No anti virus's and Yes logged in as the admin account.

Kinda disappointing purchased the trail still can't use it yet. I understand it's not your guys fault
