DB crashing when trying to log in

So I had Windows 10 installed on my PC then downloaded DB and could not get it to work. DB would crashing and the "this program has stopped working" window pops up and it closed. I did a little research and found out that it doesn't support Windows 10. No problem its a ticking time bomb of fresh micropoo anyway. I reformat my PC back to windows 7 with a fresh full delete start from scratch. Reinstall all necessary drivers, updates, and softwares, then game and DB. Launch game, get into a private game, then open DB put in login code and it gets to the point in the log files attached and crashes. Please help.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Thank you very much it is now logging in haven't ran it yet but will be soon. Also something that may be worth noting to avoid some additional questions and frustration would be that you must extract the wizard before it will run. It's pretty common sense but I still overlooked it the first try and I almost posted that it was not working until it dawned on me that I should extract the zip file before running. Either way thank you and keep up the good work guys/gals.
