OKAY! finally got mine working not sure how your doing but this solved my issues https://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/68254-install-buddy-product-try-buddy-dependency-wizard.html download it uninstall DB then run this re installed DB and works like a charm now hope it helps!

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
