DB crashes on start, spoiled 2 trial sessions

Hello.

I just bought DB, and can't do anything, it crashes on start, right after I enter my access key.
(Windows 8.1 x64)

I spoiled 2 sessions. I need you help. Tell me what to do.

P. S. I don't have any of these programs: BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki
And if the problem is solvable, can you please give me my trial session? I guess, it was not my fault, I could not do anything.

update:
I tried to uninstall Visual c++ 2010-2012, and now Demonbuddy starts fine.

now bots works
