db crashes at login

so I came back to db after over a year of being inactive as I cant be bothered manually leveling some chars to 70, anyway when i load db and enter my lifetime code the launcher crashes.

this is all the data that is in the log files

anyone know how to fix this?

Delete old db, install latest db. If db keep crashing, try to update windows.
