Db crashes after i enter my key

Hi everyone, i am new to this program as of today. i purchased the 1 month session of db, and installed/zipped the db program. When i run db it asked for the key " which i copy paste from the email they provided" i press enter after pasting it loads for a second the crashes " demonbuddy has stopped working" then asks if i would like to use windows to search for the issue? i reinstalled it 3 times with no positive effect. will anyone please take the time to help me get this up and running i would be very great full! thanks DB community

delete setting folder and try again

deleted settings folder, entered my log in key once again went to a long log. then says "max sessions authentication failed" i contacted customer support via email.. they were less than helpful, only saying to ask for help on the forums.. im open for any other suggestions or even perhaps a area i should post a thread for more assistance.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
